Cocoa Gallery and Chocolate Workshop
Discover the history of Dominican cocoa and its transformation into one of the finest chocolates in the world. Learn about its cultivation, fermentation and drying, and participate in a workshop where you can create and taste your own handmade bar.
The sessions last 25 minutes and have a capacity of 35 people. Register by scanning the QR code at the experience station or at other points of the festival.
